This company has been fantastic to work with. We bought a 150 year old farmhouse with original flooring throughout and Evan’s expertise and guidance during the refinishing of the floors was so very helpful. The crew who sanded, stained and sealed the floors were also amazing. Barely any residual dust, worked overtime and not a speck of stain on the shoe molding. We purchased a 100+ year old home and had a very tight timeline of two weeks between closing and move-in. We talked with several floor companies, some of which avoided the work because of the age of the floors and others which couldn't fit into our timeline. We submitted a lead form with Colonial Floors at the recommendation of our realtor and they immediately called me back, the owner Evan and his brother came out to look at the floors the next day, and they had a team start work first thing on Monday. The floors turned out amazing, places we didn't even know could be fixed look beautiful once again.
