Hardwood Floor Refinishing Technicians
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of hardwood floor sanding/refinishing experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Ability to work well with homeowners and team members
What you’ll do:
- Sand and refinish hardwood floors
- Prepare job sites and protect surrounding areas
- Operate sanding and refinishing equipment
- Maintain clean, high-quality job sites
- Communicate clearly with project managers and customers

What we’re looking for:
- Comfortable meeting with homeowners and business owners
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and comfortable using technology
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
- Experience in flooring, remodeling, construction, or home services is a plus
What you’ll do:
- Meet with prospective customers
- Help clients choose flooring solutions that fit their home or project
- Coordinate estimates and project details
- Follow up on leads and keep communication moving
- Build trust with customers from first conversation through project handoff
